My Bible Path ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.
Account Information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your real email.
AI Tutor Conversations. When you use the AI Tutor feature, your messages are sent to our secure server-side API, which forwards them to OpenAI for processing. We do not permanently store conversation history on our servers. Messages are temporarily processed to deliver responses and are not used for model training by My Bible Path.
Reading Progress. Your reading progress, bookmarks, and highlights are stored locally on your device. If you are signed in, reading progress may be synced to our cloud service to enable continuity.
Purchase Information. Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store via StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information.
My Bible Path does not collect analytics or tracking data. We do not use any third-party analytics services, ad networks, or tracking SDKs.
Your reading progress, preferences, bookmarks, and highlights are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. If you are signed in, your profile and reading progress may be synced via our cloud service (Supabase) over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your AI Tutor conversations are processed server-side through a secure Supabase Edge Function — the OpenAI API key is never exposed to the client app.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app's Profile settings or by contacting us. Account deletion removes your profile, tutor conversation threads, and reading progress from our servers.
My Bible Path is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
